Possible to fit entire website content in webview when first initialized?

Hi as the title has stated, I'm trying to fit the entire webpage in webview however, it only show part of the webpage when first initialize and I have to manually zoom out in order to scale the webpage to see the entire webpage content. Please help Thank You!
