JRE Error #26

When launching the 3.0.8 version of the Win.exe version receiving error:

"This application was configured to use a bundled Java Runtime Environment but the runtime is missing or corrupted."

Running JRE build 1.8.0_161-b12

Version 3.0.7 Works with out issue.
