svgo command not found in windows #5

Line 173 in bfaa20b

path.resolve(process.cwd(), './node_modules/.bin/svgo'),

This command fails in Windows, as svgo.cmd file is not called. I fixed on my local with

path.resolve(process.cwd(), './node_modules/.bin/svgo.cmd'),
