Using fontbakery during all stages of font design has been on my mind for a bit. What I typically hear from our designers is that different checks make sense at different stages, which should be easy to do with profiles, but also the glyph set might be in various stages of development. Some (e.g. design) checks should therefore not run on glyphs that aren't considered done yet.
As far as I can see, there is no built-in support to tell some checks to run only on certain glyphs. Has this been considered at some point?
