Order placement menu: Amounts in footer displayed incorrectly

When entering an order, the units in the footer are displayed incorrectly:
I've placed an order of 2 g, so filled units should be 0.002, since supplier order unit is kg.

After saving my order and clicking "edit", it looks as follows:

This is still very confusing even in the second version, so I opened a separate issue #63 on how we could adapt this.
