I'm cleaning up old notes and links, and came across this repo. What is the relation between it and the GitHub data-citation-working-group organization, if any?

If this repo is dead, can it be deleted, or at least deprecated, with the README changed to point to here, https://github.com/data-citation-working-group/data-citation-workshop-2014?
