[Enhancement] Interactive Rebase - Prompt When Local Changes Exist

Hello Fork Team,

I would like to suggest a small but valuable improvement to the interactive rebase feature. Currently, when a user attempts to start an interactive rebase while there are uncommitted local changes, the operation fails with an error.

Instead of immediately showing an error, it would be more user-friendly if Fork could display a prompt informing the user of the uncommitted changes.
