Time for version 0.5.0?

Do we have enough features together for a new release? Is there anything we want to have in before tagging a new version?

Also, it seems that GitHub will add everybody mentioned in a release as contributor to the release, therefore I added a short section to the release mentioning everybody who contributed code to this version of fpm. But we should refine this for future releases.
