Reproduction:

Get a copy of "Engineering Textbook" or "To Serve Man", try to read them, "This book is completely blank!". This issue might be present with other books, but those were the ones it happened with when I checked.

yes this is because there isnt a database for books set up

I get that, but I'm counting it as an Issue because you can get them from the vendor's "40 caps - Random manual" option, and I don't like blowing cash on nothing.
