Add automatic app builds on merged PRs into the app branch #2

FOSSASIA's other app projects have an app or apk branch. On every merged PR we built apps for Android, iOS and desktop.

Add the same Github Workflow here to create builts in the app branch for the following platforms:

apk for Android
ipa file for iOS
app for MacOS
exe for Windows
deb for Debian etc.
