fix: Maintainence dependencies #1451

Fixes #1410

Changes:

make separate dependencies.gradle file containing versions and libraries. To make it single source of dependencies for easy maintenance and easy refering of libraries used
build.gradle (app and project level) files use dependencies.gradle file for libraries.
