Deploy Yaydoc master to FOSSASIA's Google Cloud

Description

The master branch of Yaydoc is currently deployed at Heroku (https://yaydoc.herokuapp.com). However, we cannot rely much on a free tier Heroku app to host Yaydoc due to various limitations.
Hence, there is a need to deploy Yaydoc to FOSSASIA's Google Cloud.

This will be a deployment on the Google Container Engine (with Kubernetes) to be specific.

Example configuration for a node.js project available here.

The basic requirements for it would be:

• A Docker file config and docker image upload to docker hub on each commit to master. (Like this for the webapp project) - https://hub.docker.com/r/eventyay/webapp-generator/ . This is handled by the script -> https://github.com/fossasia/open-event-webapp/blob/development/kubernetes/travis/deploy.sh
• Add a deployment/service for your Mongo DB instance
• Add a deployment/server for your Node.js app

We'll do the above as the first step.

The next phase would involve,

• Implementing an nginx ingress controller with automatic SSL certificates via lets encrypt. (https://github.com/fossasia/open-event-orga-server/tree/nextgen/kubernetes/yamls/nginx and https://github.com/fossasia/open-event-orga-server/tree/nextgen/kubernetes/yamls/lego)

And @imujjwal96 don't you think this is a duplicate of #300 ?

I thought that issue was for a generic one click deployment like that with Heroku. I guess i'll have to research more on it 😄
