Transaction is not processed and I don't get transaction receipt

I got a strange issue with the anvil when I called my smart contract method (depositSingleUnderlyingAsset) in react and in python.
In react, I do the following:

With this code, I successfully receive the transaction hash, but when I'm trying to getTransactionReceipt with this hash, it's waiting endlessly. Anvil received the send_rawTransaction but not processed it, and didn't create a new block also.

When I do the same with web3.py:

It's working with python, processed the send_rawTransaction, and created a new block.

Any help, please?
