Americas: USA, Canada, Central and South America (nations)
Western Europe: Western and Southern Europe
Eastern Europe: Scandinavian countries and Eastern Europe proper (including Ukraine and the Baltics)
Russia: Russia proper, Belarus included because it may as well be Russian
Asia: Everywhere east of India/Russia.
Everywhere Else: African countries, rebel groups, PMCs
