Is there a setting I can set that allows the action to continue running until X new branches are marked stale?

The action seems to count previously marked branches in its operation count.

every day of the week, the action runs and examines the same set of branches until the next week when they get deleted.

I want to run every day and discover 30 new stale branches each day. We have thousands, because for whatever reason we don’t use forked development.
