A few judgments raise errors during the analysis stage complaining that the extracted citation is not unique.

This may be because of duplicated judgments, or because of bugs still remaining in the citation extraction code.

In fact this is more complicated that suggested above, there are numerous errors and inconsistencies in the BAILII files themselves.

Most of the solution for this is now ready, we just need to create links to disambiguation pages as appropriate.
