Not a high priority, but this can be handled togheter with #169 to make fractal-web cover all fractal-client features (ref https://fractal-analytics-platform.github.io/fractal-client/reference/fractal/task/#task-new).

In this first version, let's let the user upload the JSON file - I'd say

+1 for this being a json upload! Those can reasonably be created from the existing dev scripts, so it's something a user could have :)
