Convert png files to webp #45

Now that Vampidroid has a minimum sdk of 14, convert all the .png files (discipline files) to webp. This will help reduce the size of the application and memory usage.

Convert png files to webp
20e64cd 
Partial fix for #45 because only the basic discipline images were
converted. The sup disciplines use transparecy which isn't supported on webp format
on api < 18 (Currently we support 14+)
