Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With a large configuration that is automatically aligned in vertical direction you manually drag some of the pipes to the right. When you are able to move the manually aligned pipes to the left also you will have less crossing lines.

Describe the solution you'd like
Expand the canvas to the left too. I suppose the x of an element could then become negative.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Place the automatically places elements more to the right
