The MoveCartesian class is currently just stubbed and does not actually do anything. It needs to take the current inputs from the Joystick and the worldRelative flag and pass them to Drivetrain.moveCartesian().
This class will be used to to move a set amount of feet in the x and y direction. MoveCartesian most likely needs a target angle argument too.
