Allow hiding teams in ranking

Include functionality that enables the user to hide certain teams in the ranking. They should still be considered when ranking the other teams, but they must not have a rank themselves and they must not disturb other ranks (e.g. if the ranking is "1. A, 2. B, 3. C" and we hide B, C must move up to rank 2).
