To Do for the new Wiki

There are a couple of things that I think would help the experience with the wiki.

1. Make it so wiki articles are automatically owned by CamperBot as discussed before.
   • This also should make it watch the article to get the notifications so anyone can see them.
2. Make current wiki articles conform with the previous point.
3. Write a series of guides on how to navigate the wiki in the forum:
   • Searching for wiki articles in:wiki name
   • Creating and editing wiki articles
   • A set of rules to follow.
