Prerequisites

What is your proposal?

The screen listing builds should show the timestamp when the build was started.

What is the existing behavior, if any?

There is no easy way for the user to find the latest build without the 'Time Started' column.
The list currently looks like this:

The yellow line does not represent the latest build either.

What is the motivation / use case for the change?

Make the builds list easy to navigate.

Did you consider any alternatives?

n/a

Is this really a ports feature request?

This is a poudriere web interface request.
