manifest on bintray still reports version 0.1 as latest #1

As from the title, the maven-metadata.xml still reports latest version 0.1 so setting it to 0.2 or 0.2.1 in gradle would not resolve the library

I will update the Javadoc and update a new version.
If you do not need the documentation, download V0.2.3 from release and use it locally.
I'm sorry for your inconvenience
