multiple: missing mac_overrides of mikrotik sxtsq devices

We have multiple bbb-configs locations that miss macaddress overrides for mikrotik_sxtsq devices. This should be fixed.

The mac_address of the device can be retrieved using cat /sys/firmware/mikrotik/hard_config/mac_base

  • go over all hosts, extract the model names, check if the models require mac_overrides
  • fail if no override is set
  • try to do it only for changed files (workflows: perform mac-override-check only on changed files #974)
  • compare mac_override against all other mac_overrides in the repo and fail if they are not unique
