I suggest just to add support for passing the router name (the "name" part of the "download" links in the table: ubnt-nano-m, gl-inet-6416A-v1, etc.) to the wizard; then we can add wizard links to the download page with just a few lines of code.
Bonus points for not adding any kind of "router database" to the wizard as that's a nightmare to maintain.
If the firmware-wizard is running on a server it should offer the user a grid of routers to select. Like in http://config.berlin.freifunk.net/wizard/routers
@sarumpaet wanted to combine this with the freifunk wiki. Maybe he can clarify his idea in this issue.
