Ideally the wizard should make a request to the (still to be developed) automatic VPN-Cert generation.

For this the user should provide

Name
E-Mail
Short text to be published on the mailing list (as a way to make sure that it is not a bot requesting the cert and as a way to get to know each other)

The backend site still needs to be developed.
