Complete the puppet configuration for config.berlin.freifunk.net. We still need to:

  • configure uwsgi
  • configure postgres
  • install nipapd, etc.
  • install custom nipapd frontend

For uwsgi configuration we can maybe use https://github.com/Engage/puppet-uwsgi.
