From time to time apticron informs me about new packages e.g. on monitor.berlin... We do install security updates without human interaction. I don't see a reason why I should update normal packages and why apticron should annoy me from time to time.

I suggest we remove apticron or find a usefull configuration.

You should update normal packages because its an admin job.

I enabled notification, because we got hacked in the past cause of careless / no upgrades. Maybe its done by security upgrades - dunno. I tend to get notified rather to update normal packages automatically.

If you like, enable full auto-upgrade. If not, please remind the admin-group of the server to do their job and upgrade manually.
