Loose wire ends should not indicate connection

Problem

The connection indicator for wires currently highlights green when the wire is connected to anything, on both ends.

Proposed Solution

Only the connected end should show green. Although the loose end has the same potential, it should still show in red.
So in the above image, the loose end dangling over the breadboard should be shown in red.
