I recommend adding the font and the license file from https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/master/ofl/lato and removing this line in semantic.css:

@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:400,700,400italic,700italic&subset=latin');

and loading it locally.
