Cuando se hace click se debera ir a la pantalla create/event y rellenar los campos que tiene el evento.

Esto solo se permitirá si el evento esta en modo borrador

En la pantalla del form el boton debera cmabiar el nombre por editar evento, el de guardar como borrador debera quedar como esta. Y cuando se hace submit debera llamar al endpoint correspondiente
