regionDidExit not firing during Ranging #62

Steps to reproduce

start Monitoring and after start Ranging on the same region.

Expected behavior

We expect that regionDidExit fires after 30 seconds we went out of region.
( This works well if we don't start Ranging )

Actual behavior

What is happening
regionDidExit event not fires.
