In "event_processor.h",

what is "EventProcessorInterface"?

For further info, I want to switch to a Producer/Consumer interface (see #23 and #24) which resemble to the interface exposed by the C port of the disruptor (https://github.com/redjack/varon-t). Again, if you want to participate, I'll gladly give a hand.
