Description:
We have observed a significant influx of users promoting casinos in our chats. These users often send messages that include interactive keyboards as part of their advertisement strategy. To mitigate this issue proactively, I propose that we implement a ban for such accounts without relying on AI-based detection or any other additional mechanisms.

Rationale:

Prevention: Blocking these users before they can cause further disruption will help maintain a clean chat environment.
Simplicity: A straightforward ban approach avoids the complexity and potential errors associated with AI-driven methods.
Efficiency: This measure should reduce the amount of spam and advertisement in the chats, ensuring a better user experience.

Proposed Action:

Identify messages containing keyboards that are used explicitly for casino advertising.
Implement a rule or filter to automatically ban users posting these messages.

Any feedback or additional suggestions on how to further refine this approach would be greatly appreciated.
