All of our protocolls are translated using DeepL, and we do not read every translated sentence to check whether the translation was alright. It would be nice to have the option to show a warning of some kind that the page has been machine-translated and was checked only loosely.

I think an option would be quite hard to implement, as wagtail-localize only exposes the part where you can translate the page. How about showing that hint in general in the english page tree?
I think using the hint too broad is better than not hinting at all, so we could just implement that and think about a more complicated solution if other groups require it
