Eufy Security Alarm Panel Services

Happy New Year to every one.
I have a question, may be someone has a solution:
I have a Pan & Tilt Eufy Cam which is HomeKit compatible and I use mostly Home app. But Eufy does not expose the alarm panel services (Home/Away) to HomeKit.
I see that the Eufy Security integration does provide such services but the installation of this integration is too complexe for me, especially when I do not need camera streaming but just the alarm panel.
Is there any way to install only the integration without installing all the add-ons ? I’ve tried installing just the integration but it requires the Eufy Security Add-on IP Address and ‘Configured Port’, so I’m stuck.

If you don't need streaming, install these;

1. Eufy security add-on
2. Eufy security integration from HACS

Thanks a lot. It works.
But since adding the Eufy security add-on, my HA takes a very long time to wrap-up after a restart.
