Host Sub Application in IIS

Hi,

I'm trying to host Blazor boilerplate application as follows,

XYZ.com / Subsite1 / BlazorBoilerplateApp
And
XYZ.com / Subsite1 / BlazorBoilerplateApp / webapi

API is working fine and I've modified baseURL (/Subsite1/) & some references in index.html BlazorBoilerplateApp. While on navigating the page the component route is not working. I've addressed the issues and trying to implement best practices in component routing.

Actually the issue in..
Catalog -> Brands -> Index.razor -> @page "/catalog/brands"

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
