Describe the bug
The pull request templates not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Create pull request'
  2. Click on 'Create new'
  3. See nothing, only a blank default pull request

Expected behavior
See like in issues templates a menu for select the templates
