在已下载漫画处记录阅读进度 #46

希望在“我的下载”里，对已经下载好的漫画话数，做一下“已点开”或者“已阅读”的标记。
再就是如果能够记录本地阅读进度就最好了，现在好像即使下载好了但还是要点进详情页重新加载才能看到阅读记录，不知作者能否考虑添加下上述功能，非常感谢
