Livestream new entries not going through

Describe the bug
Livestream listing is not getting updated with new entries made by an Administrator, despite the system notifying you the new entry was successful it does not appear in the livestream list.

To Reproduce
Filling up the form at https://furbooru.org/channels/new in order to add a new stream to the list, once you hit save you're greeted with a "successful" message however no changes to the list are applied, the entry does not go through (regardless of stream being live or off).

Both Picarto and Piczel alternatives are affected.

Expected behavior
The new entry should appear on the list.

They appear when the stream goes live for the first time.

The user in question was apparently live for over an hour and their entry did not appear on the list in that time.
