Support for treesitter 0.23.0

Hello! Any idea when you would be adding support for the newest version of treesitter (0.23)? Thanks for all your hard work on this parser.

As far as I can see, it's just about relaxing the constraint on the dependency version in Cargo.toml, without any other changes being needed. So it would be worth it indeed!

@fwcd is solely doing releases so I don't know when he get a chance to take a look. You can probably pull the package based on commit hash depending on your tools (easy in Rust) and is what I am doing.
