On the latest version of Automerge: 1.0.1-preview.3, crashes with:

TypeError: Automerge.DocSet is not a constructor

It looks like the latest version of Automerge isn't backward compatible.

Leaving a note here so I don't forget: automerge/automerge#339 is the new sync protocol to use. :)
