在目前的實做中，如果房子關掉，狀態就會維持在關掉，但其實房子是有可能開回來的，比如說接洽中的時候消失，成交後開回來...例如這間

治本：

  1. 每次都要更新房屋狀態

既有資料修正：

  1. 如果是開回來的房子，那在每日紀錄中，最後出現那天的狀態不會是關閉，可以先找出那些房子，標為最後一天的狀態，隔天就可以進到資料更新循環
  2. 不過如果是已經開太久，或成交後太久的房子，還是會找不到
  3. 如果後來變為出租的，出租日期會算不準，所以在爬蟲更新後，需以最後未出租的隔天當作出租日

成交的房子也有可能會開回來 XD
例如這間，在 8/23 成交後，8/24 就又改成開放了，感覺是成交失敗？目前系統會把這種房子當成已成交
