Example responses are missing required granularity values

The documents found in the examples-fullDocuments folder contain example responses to various response types.

These example response documents are missing the required properties: requestedGranularity and returnedGranularity.

From the specifications:

• The beaconResponseMeta.yaml requires the returnedGranularity property.
• The beaconReceivedRequestSummary.yaml requires the requestedGranularity property.

Note:
After fixing the .yaml files, the .json should be fixed as well by running the schema conversion script located in the bin folder.

I remember having tested all the example documents against the schemas,,, at least at the beginning,,, but obviously something slipped in the way...
