Desktop version seems to no longer be available.

Package also seems to not exist:
PM> Install-Package Kml2Sql -Version 2.1.0
Install-Package : Project 'Default' is not found.
At line:1 char:1

Install-Package Kml2Sql -Version 2.1.0

  + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (Default:String) [Install-Package], ItemNotFoundException

I'm trying to Install from the src folder within Visual Studio. New to all of this...
