Interactive tools

Show ITs in the sidebar (they are also in addition in the tools sidebar)
- Card view with Icons? e.g. a Jupyter Notebook Icon
Show running ITs in the sidebar
display (1) to go to the list view of all ITs
only display when ITs are installed
