tool_id CONVERTER_gff_to_interval_index_0

Convert GFF to Interval Index needs more memory to process human sized genomes.
Currently at default. --mem=2765
500k line GTF = processes ok
1.9M lines = fails .. and some versions can be 4.5M lines

Workaround for end-users

  • Expand the red error dataset. If you see a message about memory usage, you are impacted.
  • The solution for now is to try at another server: UseGalaxy.eu or UseGalaxy.org.au
