[bug] Datcord gets stuck if user creates 2 extraneous instances

When a user launches Datcord and it's already running, it starts another instance of Datcord and displays the Close Datcord dialog box. If a user does this twice, even after killing all Datcord processes from the system monitor, this popup will display when the user tries to open it again. I believe this issue can be fixed if one of the instances is killed if the user tries to run Datcord again while it is already running.
