To do: investigate which packages cause such messages in gap -r -A LinksOfAllHelpSections.g, for example

In GAP 4.10 release, such messages appear for three packages only: ace, loops and sonata. To reproduce, call gap -r -A LinksOfAllHelpSections.g.
